How long does postage and delivery take? Also do you ship internationally?

All shipping is courtesy of Royal Mail. Orders take 2-3 business days (not including Saturday or Sunday) to arrive to its destination, Royal Mail 2nd Class recorded. We ship products internationally which take an estimated 5-10 business days (not including Saturday or Sunday) to arrive also sent via Royal Mail.

Do you do hold sales?

No - Our products are art and their value is set.

Do you restock previously released collections?

No - When you see the item, buy it. Headless Flywear pieces are to be valued and treated carefully. Some collections may be re-released however there will be a variation that makes It different from the previous.

Are Headless Flywear products non gender specific?

Very much so. The products are geared towards everybody, nobody is exempt from being able to experience Headless Flywear. Be sure to head to the 'Sizes and Measurements' to get precise details.

How to shop online?

Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

How do I checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the checkout button in your shopping cart. If you have already registered with us before, simply sign-in using your email address and the password that you created for the account. If you do not have an account, simply follow the simple steps to create an account and continue through the checkout process.

Item availability

The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors and sizes available will be shown and available to add to the shopping bag. Colours and sizes that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Maestro and American Express. This provided you with buyer's protection to further reinforce that you can shop safely with Headless Flywear.

Does Headless Flywear have a refund policy?  

 You have maximum 7 days excluding weekends to return the product that you ordered however the shipping charge isn't refundable. Please ensure that if you make a mistake you contact us IMMEDIATELY as we will be able to devise a means of rectifying it, contact via email.
